Mother's Day Edit
As a mum, a Melbourne-based interior designer, and the founder of DOSSI, I've spent years thinking about and sourcing objects for my home and my clients. What those objects are made of, who made them, and whether they actually deserve the space they take up.
This particular edit has been heavily shaped by something I've been working on quietly in my own life... bringing beauty back, slowly and deliberately, purchase by purchase, even in the small things. Not in a maximalist way. In a considered way. Every piece chosen with the bigger picture in mind: a home full of heirlooms. Objects with stories. Things worth passing down. The kind of edit that takes years to build and feels better the longer it sits.
This is my Mother's Day Gift Edit. And I'll admit it sways heavily into the 'home', because that's just where my head and heart lie. Some are brands I've had in my own home for years, items I've purchased for clients, some from businesses run by people I admire, or small businesses I've just found. All but one pick are Australian owned, a mix of home and fashion, mostly home.

Animal print if done right has a place in any home. When I saw this Bonnie and Neil it went immediately to my wish list. FRED Home, a newer brand who hits hard. The quality of this fringed cushion is second to none. I have recently used this exact fringe/colour combo in one of my interior projects.
